Abstract
Semantic service-oriented architecture (SSOA) is a new-style software architecture, its goal is to process distributed and heterogeneous information on Web. Unfortunately, previous interoperable models are not completely competent for this complicated task. Thus, a new interoperable model is presented, it adopts interface technology to abstractly describe the behavior of the service, which is helpful to solve the problems of communication and collaboration between service requester and service provider, it also uses appropriate mediators to solve various kinds of heterogeneous problems. In order to testify the model, the paper presents a use case - online healthy consultant system (OHCS), and then illustrates the working principle and interoperable implementation of the system in detail
