Abstract :
An inner quasi-optical mode converter used for 95GHz TE62 whispering gallery mode gyrotron was designed. The Vlasov-type launcher and mirror system was calculated and optimized by the vector diffraction theory and the method of physical optics. Simulation results showed that on the aperture of output window the vector correlation coefficient and scalar correlation coefficient was 93.1% and 96.5% respectively.
