  • Abstract
Load sensing oil-hydraulic system is an intelligent oil-hydraulic system and effective in energy saving. This system has been successfully used in construction machinery and injection molding machines. This system, however, has an inherent drawback that its dynamic behavior becomes oscillatory and sometimes unstable, caused by the interaction of the dynamics between the load sensing mechanism and the load. Therefore, it is important to investigate a systematic design method for this system. In this paper, the design method for a load sensing oil-hydraulic system is proposed, which is based on the evaluation of its dynamic characteristics and overall efficiency taking into account its dynamic characteristics. Furthermore, it is shown that the design method can be realized with ease on the OHC-Sim simulation package.
