Abstract :
The new approach for complex systems control with the help of intelligent control is offered. The approach is based on represented system model forming in the intelligent environment. The offered synthesis procedure can be used for one or different time modes. It is possible to get constructive relationships for structure and parameters of intelligent control using phase limitations variation method.
