Abstract :
In this paper, the author argues that worker flexibility is the key to improved productivity and profit. Progressive employers recognise the simple twin truths-how you treat employees is vital to the quality of what they produce or provide, and the difference between the average and the world class is the extent to which the endless potential and creativity of employees is unlocked. He describes how worker-friendly flexibility and family-friendly flexibility are good goals, essential to the success of a modern economy
