Abstract :
In order to make a correct decision on avoiding financial crisis for the enterprise, it is necessary to investigate the trends of net cash flow in the enterprise business activities. In this paper, operating cash flow forecasting model is built on the use of the Gray Verhulst Model as well as the BP Neural Network approach. Empirical analyses prove that the average relative error rate is much less than that using the two methods respectively. What´s more, the accuracy and precison of the model are better, which, to some extent, enjoys the application values.
