Abstract :
Inter-Carriers Interference (ICI) caused by frequency offset can result in the performance loss of the OFDM system. Aiming at this problem, the method of All Phase FFT is proposed for reducing the ICI and estimating frequency offset (CFO). Since the ICI energy and signal energy both contribute coherently to the estimator, the algorithm generates extremely accurate estimates even when the offset is far too great to demodulate the data values.
