Path Choice of Business Process Reengineering of Enterprise E-Commerce

This paper analyzes the connotation and evolution stages of business process reengineering of enterprise e-commerce, and then determines the research object. Based on the theories of path dependence and path development, it divides the whole business process into macro-level and micro-level, individually puts forward effective evaluation methods of corresponding process from different perspectives, and explores the possible paths and the path choice of business reengineering in accordance with the analysis results.
