Abstract :
Petrochemical Industry is a natural monopoly industry. How to introduce competition into Petrochemical Industry to make the development of this industry more Sustainable and efficient is a question attract the attention of all government. Based on SCP Framework, this paper analyzes statues of China´s petrochemical industry. By using DEA , this paper evaluates performance of reform. Meanwhile, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestion of how to carry out policy reforms in Petrochemical Industry for the government.
