Abstract :
Advanced study of innovation has got a high degree of attention at home and abroad. TRIZ and Six Sigma integration as an innovative method has been researched by many domestic and foreign scholars. The article analyzed the foundation and framework of TRIZ and DMAIC integration, focuses on the integrated of TRIZ and DMAIC. On the basis of the analysis at home and abroad, the article anticipated the management, organizational innovation and applied research in different industries which based on integrated of TRIZ and DMAIC.
