Abstract

In this paper, after fully discussed workflow and components techniques in home and abroad, the author put forward urban communication network resource management data center theory and describe design project in detail, with a new generation of GIS software architecture theory and communication network resource management system experience, this academic research and practical innovation has great significance for communication GIS.
