Abstract
A flexible scheduling system is designed to be applied in the production scheduling of rubber factory. The system is to reduce the cost of production. The traditional method can´t solve the actual problems, so this system gives a new rescheduling solution and establishes a specific mathematical model. An improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. Steady-state reproduction and linear transformation of fitness improve the operation efficiency of genetic algorithm. The design of flexible scheduling makes the system adaptive and valuable in the actual production scheduling.
