Abstract :
Lack of thinking, biases, and misunderstanding of our motivations affect many aspects our day-to-day behaviors both in the workplace and in our personal lives. Using some basic lessons from behavioral economics, I will try to shed some light on our odd but interesting nature, emphasizing the way that this understanding can bring us closer to a path for improved decisions.
