Abstract :
The possibility of bulk acoustic wave generation and amplification in composite resonator due to parametric interaction in piezoelectric semiconductor layer placed in alternating uniform electric field is analyzed. Numerical calculations revealed the possibility of parametric amplification of signals in structure involved.
