Abstract :
Many fields are concerned with computer-assisted design and, at the moment, each of them has its own methods and models. We propose a method for unification; it is based on the identification of spaces and of communications between these spaces. This is compatible with the notion of a generator that we have presented in Hermes, vol. 1-1, pp. 31-38 (1992); it gives the user the possibility of defining the assignment of parameters from a multiparameterized capture. It allows him to introduce user-defined functions, by the construction of tools and contexts, and by the dynamic interaction between tools and contexts
