Abstract :
To improve the extensibility and interoperability of distributed energy resources (DER) communication functions, and realize DER information exchange based on IEC 61850, the general design and implementation methods of DER physical device information model including model extraction, model build, model download and model identification are proposed in this paper. DER information exchange based on IEC 61850 is tested with the corresponding intelligent electronic devices (IED). The research results verify that the design and implementation methods proposed are feasible, and can provide the effective techniques for DER system integration and intelligent control.
