Abstract
The aim of this paper is to identify four influence factors such as human factors, hierarchical approach, object orientation and information processing developments, that have a major impact on systems analysis, modelling and simulation activities of the present time. The paper also illustrates the reciprocal influences among those factors and the evolutions and convergences of various methodologies
