Precision Measurement of Quantized Hall Resistance and Determination of the Fine-Structure Constant

This paper describes the methods used at the PTB to determine the fine-structure constant by precision measurements of quantized Hall resistances in combination with determination of the SI ohm. Numerical results together with a detailed uncertainty budget will be given at the conference.
