Abstract :
The starting-up and stopping characteristics testing and analysis of ultrasonic motor are important to optimize its dynamic performance. The instantaneous starting-up-up and stopping responses curve isn´t smooth because of influence of noise. In this article, the original instantaneous starting-up-up and stopping characteristic curve shown starting-up-up and stopping characteristics of ultrasonic motor accurately is got.
