Abstract :
This paper presents a new algorithm for adaptive feedback cancellation (AFC) suitable for hearing aids. A variable step size scheme is added to a step size decorrelated NLMS algorithm. It is shown that the proposed algorithm has increased robustness and stability for both fixed and variable gain cases.
