Abstract
The statement of universal design transcends original idea of product design, and it is a design concept which is full of love and consideration. Along with continuous improvement of the socio-economic level, Home bathroom products, as main components of four functional and characteristic regions in home residential environment, are closely related with our daily life and play a significant role. This article mainly analyzes existing problems of current home bathroom products under the guidance of the idea of universal design. And respectively elaborating the importance of following the idea of universal design in product creative design of home bathroom, from washing, soiling and bathing-the three functional areas points of view, in order to be able to find a basic point of caring for all and build a new society where everyone can use and everyone is equal.
