Abstract :
Billing of the electrical energy consumed and generated by prosumers (producers-consumers), in presence of unbalanced and distorted conditions at an interconnecting busbar, is considered. Reference is made to the case of PhotoVoltaic (PV) generation and to the Italian incentive policy, named “Conto-Energia”. Some possible evolutions of the present billing policy basing on metrics introduced by IEEE Standard 1459 and derived from the sequence component theory application are traced. Numerical results on a prosumer´s busbar with an internal PV plant are discussed.
