Abstract :
A specialized teleworking environment is developed, by implementing a new teleworking communication platform based on distributed operational procedures according to agro-biotechnological needs. The implemented platform is capable of supporting agriculturists´ diagnoses, by means of exchanged data in a multimedia environment between remote users, on cultivation diseases
