Abstract
In theory, the paper presents an Automated Negotiation Model by applying negotiation strategies and utility function. In methodology, the paper establishes a negotiation mechanism which can improve both the automated processing flow and the automated trade by using agent technology. At last, simulate the process of Electronic Commerce automated negotiation and analyze the output of the program on the Swarm simulating platform, the reliability and feasibility of agent modeling are proved.
