Abstract :
The authors consider both the acquisition and the steady-state performances and show that the complexity reduction obtained with respect to the original MLFD is achieved without significant performance degradation. A comparison with the balanced-quadricorrelator which has a similar implementation complexity shows that the SMLFD has significantly better performance
