Abstract :
In order to solve the problems of traditional wired group control system for fan filter unit (FFU) group control such as control network complexity, poor reliability, inflexible, high cost and so on, a novel group control system for FFU based on ZigBee wireless communication wasdesigned and introduced to implement. The system´s hardware structure, software design and work process were discussed in detail. The novel wireless group control system had the characteristics of wide monitoring range, long transmitting distance and control flexible, which increased and improved the control automation level. At last, the analysis and experimental are presented to verify the designed system.
