Abstract
The hi-tech industry independent innovation capability plays a decisive role in the economic development of the whole nation, while advanced technologies and continuous innovative capability are key factors in winning the international competition. Based on the gray correlative theory, this paper conducts a comprehensive evaluation on our country´s 14 hi-tech manufacturing industries´ independent innovation capability, finding problems like our hi-tech industries´ weak independent innovation capability and inefficient R&D funds are invested in the process of innovation etc. At the end of this paper, it suggests that the input of national support should be strengthened, R&D funds be added.
