Abstract
A new time slot assignment method called channel/slot reuse access (CSRA) is proposed. The algorithm and performance of CSRA are discussed in detail. Computer simulation validates the use of CSRA in a typical digital personal communication system. Analysis and simulation results also show that CSRA can provide better performance, both in capacity and in transmission quality, compared with conventional methods
