Abstract :
This paper presents a new technique to realize CMOS second generation current conveyor (CCII) with variable current gain. Unlike the previous CCII with variable current gain, the current gain of proposed CCII can be controlled linearity by adjusting the ratio of the biasing currents that is realized by using differential difference current conveyor (DDCC)-based log-antilog current amplifier. The proposed structure provides a wide tunable range and a simple circuitry. PSPICE simulation results are given to confirm the theoretical analysis.
