Abstract
Summary form only given, as follows. Model investigations and laboratory tests of detectors for charged particles pulse beams and plasma parameters measuring are presented. The detector represents a combination of classic Faraday cup with an electrical method of obtaining a signal and a radiation-acoustic meter of pulse beam parameters. The radiation-acoustic meter consists of two parts-a thin detector, transparent for beams of high energy particles, and a thick detector with full absorption. Ultrasonic oscillations, which arise during interaction of charged particle pulse beams or plasma with detector material, are transformed by a piezoelectric detector into electric signals, whose amplitude-frequency and time characteristics functionally depended on the beams parameters. All the signals come into a microcontroller device Intel MSC51. This device produces calculations of the following beam parameters: average energy, pulse charge, pulse currents, density, beam size and pulse time.
