Abstract :
At first, on the basis of present study of knowledge management and knowledge sharing risks in virtual enterprises, an evaluation indicator system of knowledge sharing risks in virtual enterprises was proposed in this paper. Then a model based on grey cluster theory was established to assess the knowledge sharing risks. At last, an actual enterprise case was analyzed by using the quantitative model, and the result coincides with the actual situation of the enterprise. So, the model that was set up based on gray cluster theory in this paper is an effective way to evaluate the knowledge sharing risks in virtual enterprises.
