Urban and rural coordinate employment is a complex and huge dynamic economic system. Much of the information in it are neither black nor white, but grey situation. So, it was appropriate use to be analysis. Evaluation model on urban-rural employment was set, by upgraded grey thesis for appraisement, and then give a qualitative analysis to Shaanxi province.
