Abstract :
This paper presents a robust control strategy for DC-AC power inverters based on the linear matrix inequality (LMI) framework. More precisely, a constant discrete-time state feedback controller is proposed taking into account the average model. The strategy assures the local stability of the closed-loop system for all admissible linear load variation while minimizing the effects of nonlinear loads. Practical results show the advantages of the approach over classical control design techniques.
