Abstract :
It was done that the concept of thermodynamics entropy was amplified on the field of knowledge entropy, and the theory of knowledge entropy was formed based on the concept of entropy defined by Clausius and the Prigogine formula about entropy change. In this passage, relying on a new perspective of knowledge entropy, it depicted the situation of innovation development in the industrial groups, discussed knowledge entropy change of the industrial group in different stages, and set the textile industrial group in Xiqiao situated on Guangdong province as a example. Thus, this passage aims to provide a new theory for support of innovative development of the industrial groups.
