Abstract :
In the competitive absolutely electric power market, the day-ahead purchase strategy of the power trade center will influence trading profit and venture. Purchasers may decide reasonable purchase quantity and time according to the day-ahead purchase strategy. Firstly, this paper applies the grey wrapping prediction method to forecast the wrapping band of every node load due to uncertain load, and then presents a new mathematic model of the day-ahead purchase strategy based on grey wrapping load prediction according to grey linear programming theory. Finally IEEE 24-node power system example shows that the proposed algorithm is feasible and effective.
