Abstract :
The city of Kathmandu, Nepal, is hosting AH - ICI2012 conference during 23rd, - 25th of November, 2012. The third IEEE and IFIP South Central Asian Himalayas Regional International Conference on INTERNET is the third conference in its series aimed at stimulating technical exchange in the emerging and important fields of INTERNET and Mobile and Wireless and Optical Communications Networks. AH - ICI 2012 conference is intended to provide a timely forum for exploratory research and practical contributions from North America, Europe, Middle East and Far East. AH - ICI 2012 conference presents tutorials on related subjects, panel discussions and keynote speeches. AH - ICI 2012 conference receives a number of technical papers each year. Papers are reviewed by three reviewers before acceptance.
