Abstract :
This paper summarizes the personality and generality of common used topologies in power supply and puts forward novel switching-off model by analyzing and comparing the experiment waveforms with theoretical model. In the model, the effects of equivalent parallel capacitor of D-S and leakage inductance in the circuit serried with MOSFET drain are taken into account. The calculated results are compared with those of tested. The proposed switching model process and derived algorithm appears available for most of MOSFET
