Abstract :
As logistics enterprises perhaps constantly experience various kinds of unpredictable risks which might cause enormous loss, and the early warning management of logistics service risk is very necessary to improve logistics enterprise´s competitive edge. In this paper, firstly, we analyze the risk of logistics service such as customer service risk, delivering ability risk, order processing risk, flexibility risk and personnel´s quality risk, and then set up the early warning index system of logistics service risk. Secondly, we make full use of single early warning and comprehensive early warning to predict the risk state of the logistics service scientifically through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, the established system gives corresponding alarming signal in line with risk ratings of logistics service. Thus, the evaluation system has the ability of recognizing errors and preventing from errors.
