Abstract
Bluetooth is a relatively new short-range wireless technology that needs a global approach to educate the potential audience of managers/engineers in the electronics industry and professors/lecturers/students in education. The Internet is an obvious way of reaching such a diverse audience and streaming media techniques allow audio, video and slides to be delivered to any location with a broadband web connection. Bluetooth is a complex topic and the aim of this project was to deliver tutorials of varying levels of complexity to the target audience. Experience in the University sector has shown that online learning can be at the extremes of the quality spectrum. It is easy to produce some very poor quality online learning tutorials but extremely difficult to achieve the high quality results.
