Abstract :
The Moderate Spectral Atmospheric Radiance and Transmittance (MOSART) code is a new computer program for predicting and evaluating the radiative environment. MOSART incorporates features from the MODTRAN and APART programs, plus some additional new features, to produce a combined atmosphere and background program for supporting a variety of atmospheric applications, including atmospheric correction of satellite imagery and terrain and cloud scene modeling
