Abstract :
The parameters of plasma flow of combined pulse vacuum discharge have been investigated. The plasma was generated at anode dielectric insert and accelerated by cathode explosion emission electrons. High voltage nanosecond generator (150 kV, 3ns) and cable generator (10-20 kV,100-1000ns) were used. The accelerated ion flow consists of protons only. The most probably energies do not depend on discharge pulse duration. Energy spectra contain two main fractions of particles: fast and slow ones. Fast fraction energies is of the same order as well as pulse amplitude. Slow fraction energies makes 1-6 keV and are similar to ones of a vacuum flashover discharge.
