Abstract :
Applying the model of evolutionary theory based on bound rationality, this paper indicates the strategy adjusting and evolutionary trend in Industry-University cooperation through analyzing the firms´ mode choice and universities´ supply preference of technology type. Some revelatory conclusions are obtained.
