Abstract :
The method of the analysis of the thermistor bolometer of the RF voltage standard covering the frequency range up to 1000 MHz is described. The evaluation of the AC/DC difference of the voltage standard is independent of any other RF quantity measurement and serves the accuracy which meets the requirements of the primary standardization.
