  • Abstract
    One of KM applications in X Company is the development of Community of Practice (CoP). To support these strategies, X Company must have activity framework to ensure that the knowledge management processes, known as knowledge management cycle, are well implemented. This framework is built based on SECI method by considering the elements of KM Triad, which are people, process, and technology.
