Abstract :
Classical calibration techniques use single sinewave measurements to maximize the signal-to-noise ratio. In large-signal characterisation, the large number of instrument states to calibrate results in unacceptably long calibration times. The proposed approach uses multisine excitation signals during the calibration, in order to reduce the calibration time, while having only a marginal influence on the measured device response.
