Abstract :
With the speeding urbanization process, the traditional urban construction investing and financing system, which relied on the government could not meet the demand for urban construction. The paper analyzes the plight of urban construction investing and financing and causes of the plight, and gives several available methods for urban construction investing and financing plight.
