  • Abstract
    The highly transportable VLBI station is now under development in Radio Research Laboratory. This station consists of a small antenna (diameter:3-m), a compact back-end and a simple frequency standard (crystal oscillator) suitable for a mobile experiment. The preliminary experiments using some parts of the highly transportable VLBI station on short baseline was carried out, and the baseline was determined with almost same precision as an usual VLBI experiment.
