Abstract
The thermal reverse flow oxidation technology is used to oxidize the lower concentration methane and recover the heat energy during oxidation process. The purpose of honeycomb ceramics resistance test is to study the resistance of honeycomb ceramics which is an important part of thermal reverse flow oxidation technology. In this work, a platform consists of monitoring and control system is designed and constructed. It is achieved by means of programmable logic controller (PLC) and King view. The main function of PLC is to build the control system that receive the signals and control the solenoid valves. The monitoring system is designed by King view which is used to record test data and monitor working conditions. Experimental results show that the platform is well qualified to the honeycomb ceramics resistance test.
