Abstract :
When human beings go on to develop deeper sea area with a number of unsolved questions, the security of underwater vehicle must be paid attention to because of increasing external pressure and increasing depth. This paper focus on a more intelligent and fuller security function such as self-checking, Emergency alarming, and Emergency treatment. The new technology being used for R&D of China´s first deep-sea Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV); it´s a 4500 meter heavy working class ROV.
