Abstract :
Based on the mode-matching technique, the least square boundary residuals formulation is presented for the analysis of over-mode properties in an open structure of V-groove guide. The field expressions in terms of modal expansion and the propagation characteristics are provided, the numerical results are good agreement with the measuremental data published
